A noun and a verb
A state of being, a situation
And also an action, a conscious choice
To give voice to the word
Is to surrender to its power
Every moment, every hour
The same and yet continually changing
In transition from what was
To what will be.
Yet we see while in transition
It is always constant
Nothing really changes but change
The range of transition
Covers the whole of life
A knife cannot cut
The beginning from the end.
In transition not from or to
But as a state of being.
